Today is Enjoyable Me's one year blogiversary!! I can't believe it has already been a year since I started sharing with you all the delicious adventure that is my world. This blog began as an easy way for me to share with my family and friends and has grown into a surprising source of enjoyment for me. So many things have changed in the past year, I quit my job and returned to school for my Masters in Nutrition and Health Education, we left Chicago behind for San Francisco, I said goodbye to my 20's and welcomed 30! I really wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of my readers for your continued support and inspiration, you guys are awesome and to celebrate all of the eats and adventures that have gone on in the past year.
Along the way I have learned a lot, it was really fun to go back through my posts and see how I have grown and yet remained the same. A couple of things I realized: I like wine, a lot , I am comfortable with acknowledging my failures, and my early photos really sucked due to my iPhone 3G.
Here are some of my most favorite posts, a lot of them are oldies so for those of you who have just started following me you might not have seen these goodies yet.
I like to make things tiny, like these miniature donuts.
And every once in a while I like to make my foods duke it out.
It has been a great year and I expect the next to be even better, I am looking to make some layout and design improvements in the near future and I am also considering some regular installments like "remake my meal" and "school lunches" (based upon what I am learning in my nutrition coursework). I hope all of my new readers will subscribe and tag along for the ride and my current followers will continue to take it all in and enjoy it as I dish it.
You guys are awesome and I want to hear from you so please comment below with any suggestions or ideas you may have!

My very first blog post, short and sweet.
Getting jiggley with it, making homemade gummy candies.
I like to make things tiny, like these miniature donuts.
Scaling down my foods again, delicious mini Greek Turkey Burgers
I like to share sweets with my friends on Valentine's Day
I love to recreate healthy homemade versions of everything and anything, such as fruit roll ups
and whole wheat pretzels
My eats are inspired by a variety of things including seasons and holidays, you don't want to miss out on this melt in your mouth Asado de Bodas recipe for Cinco de Mayo.
It only takes a few things to make me happy- food, family, and friends. I have two amazing parents and a couple "other mothers" who have always been loving and supportive, you guys are the greatest!
Blogging and my family has made me realize the extremity of my quirks, I'm the kid who drinks the pickle juice.
And every once in a while I like to make my foods duke it out.
